How it works

From your idea to finished work.

Describe a task. Review the draft. Approve it when you’re ready.

The four risk classes

Confidence is a poor gate. A model can be confident and wrong, and the cost of being wrong is wildly uneven. So actions are sorted by consequence instead.

R0Read-only and reporting

Metrics, keyword research, drafting for review, search-term mining

No external write. Material activity is recorded.

R1Reversible, inside limits you already set

Protective pauses and other reversible reductions

Can be grouped for review. Eligible downward Google actions can use an explicit, expiring owner instruction; a verified safety breach may trigger a logged protective pause.

R2Materially state-changing

Launch a campaign, first send to a list, send a reply, publish an article

Approved one at a time, with the exact work and reasoning shown. Each review shows its expiry; stale work must be prepared again.

R3Never automatic

Raise a cap, connect or disconnect an account, delete assets, buy anything

Signed-in human only. Sensitive settings changes require an explicit confirmation.

Protective actions and standing instructions

The scheduled operating cycle compares connected-provider spend with workspace limits. When the evidence shows a breach, the safety path can attempt to pause active paid-media campaigns and record the outcome. A signed-in operator can also freeze the workspace and request a provider-wide pause from Settings.

A protective path may pause or reduce. It does not start a campaign, send, publish, or raise a configured limit. The audit log records what was attempted and which provider objects were confirmed paused.

Separately, after twenty consecutive successful individual reviews, an owner can delegate Google ad-group pauses or budget reductions for thirty days. Each action type is limited to one action per day, and a budget reduction cannot exceed ten percent. The workspace must have at least twenty-eight days of history. Current permissions, evidence and limits are checked again before execution; the owner can withdraw the instruction in Settings.
