Website and early-access terms
BriefWork is operated by Growth Insights Limited. These terms explain the baseline rules for this website and the early-access software. Paid design-partner work is also governed by the written order, statement of work, or agreement supplied to that customer.

1. Which terms control
If a written customer agreement conflicts with this page, the written customer agreement controls for that engagement. A displayed price alone does not create a subscription; the software subscription begins only when Stripe Checkout confirms it.
2. Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for access to your BriefWork account and for choosing which external accounts to connect. You must have authority to grant the permissions you provide. The connected provider's own terms, limits, and charges continue to apply.
BriefWork uses a review-and-approval model, but you remain responsible for the instructions, business facts, audiences, lawful bases, budgets, and final decisions supplied through your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use BriefWork to access an account or data without permission, evade a provider's controls, send unlawful or deceptive material, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Do not place passwords or secret keys in free-text prompts; use the connection fields intended for credentials.
4. Product outputs and availability
Generated copy, plans, classifications, forecasts, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed for your situation. BriefWork does not guarantee campaign performance, deliverability, rankings, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Software subscriptions are purchased through Stripe and can be managed in the authenticated Stripe customer portal linked from Billing. The price, billing period, renewal state, cancellation effective date, invoices, taxes, and payment status shown there are the applicable subscription record. Managed engagements may instead use a written order or invoice. Except where law requires otherwise or written terms say otherwise, fees already charged are not represented here as automatically refundable.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Notice describes the data BriefWork accesses and how it is used. Connected providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Changes and questions
We may update this page as the product and commercial model develop. The date above shows the latest published version. Questions should go to luca@briefwork.ai.
